Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore seeks a Strategy Manager, APAC to drive strategic initiatives across key APAC markets and shape the Strategy 2030 vision. You will lead planning, analysis, and cross-border collaboration to ensure alignment with global strategies and executive expectations.

The role requires a track record in multi-market strategy projects, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and frequent travel across APAC. Consultancy background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategy, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably with regional exposure in APAC.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries
• Prior consultancy background experience would be an advantage.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align APAC with Global Strategies.
• Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops.
