elmwood brand consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Programme & Strategy Lead to shape strategy, inspire creative work and lead a next-generation agency operation for a global hospitality brand.

In this hands-on senior role, you will own the APAC programme, partner with client leadership, translate business aims into incisive briefs, and guide the team from brief to delivery, ensuring measurable impact and strong client confidence.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in account leadership, brand strategy or related agency role.
• Strong understanding of how brand strategy and creative work connect to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into a clear strategic response.
• Track record as a trusted senior client partner with proactive counsel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior agency relationship for APAC programme, ensuring strategic quality and delivery across both always-on and influencer components.
• Collaborate with client leadership to understand priorities, shape annual roadmap and identify opportunities to strengthen brand consideration.
• Translate client needs and performance signals into incisive briefs and actionable direction for creative teams.
• Develop, challenge and refine ideas with client and agency teams for distinctive, relevant work.
• Lead integrated development across strategy, creative, content, influencers, media and performance.
• Guide the agency through briefing, planning, production, approvals and delivery.
• Present leadership decks and strategic recommendations clearly to align senior stakeholders.
• Own measurement, performance read-outs and learning loops to drive future improvements.
