Job summary

elmwood brand consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design, development and initial operation of the APAC Photography & Content Production Network and Brand Governance workstreams for a global hospitality client.

You will work with client teams and specialists to build repeatable systems that improve quality, cost transparency and speed of delivery, translating global guidance into regional workflows and tools across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Senior experience managing multi-market creative, photography or content-production programmes.
• Strong supplier assessment, production-management and cost transparency capabilities.
• Practical understanding of brand standards, creative review and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Audit photography and production suppliers across APAC and assess alignment with brand requirements.
• Identify network gaps, onboard suppliers and establish evaluation criteria and rate benchmarks.
• Establish supplier briefing processes and coordinate estimates, schedules and delivery.
• Align photography with brand standards and manage asset records and usage rights.
• Map briefing workflows and escalation routes across client and agencies.
• Create governance tools and training to support regional implementation of brand guidance.
• Review photography, hotel content and creator activity, securing approvals and brand authority.
• Collaborate with specialists to improve production processes and regional capabilities.
