Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex global transformation programmes.
• Extensive experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record managing executive stakeholder relationships within Tier 1 financial institutions.
• Experience serving as the senior client-facing lead for high-value, multi-stream programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the executive face of Rimes for strategic delivery programmes in APAC and build trusted relationships with client executives.
• Provide independent oversight across multiple programme workstreams and ensure cohesive execution.
• Deliver concise, structured executive reporting and maintain governance frameworks including steering committees and risk reviews.
• Protect and strengthen strategic client relationships and collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams.
• Coordinate globally distributed delivery teams and promote accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
