Job summary

IG Group is seeking a senior Head of Product & Design for APAC based in Singapore. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Australia, Japan, Singapore and Emerging Markets, leading a large multi-market team and partnering with engineering, commercial and design.

The role requires deep regulatory know-how, local market differentiation, and a drive to deliver a mobile-first, customer-centric platform.

Qualifications

Experience leading product for regulated digital financial products across multiple markets.
Built and led large multi-market teams with operating models that scale.
Deep knowledge of Asia markets, regulators, payment behaviours and client expectations.
Experience navigating MAS or equivalent regulators as a product owner.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and APAC roadmap across Australia, Japan, Singapore and Emerging Markets.
Localise product for each market with market-specific customization while keeping a shared core platform.
Lead product design, UX research and client experience across APAC.
Own onboarding, KYC, funding and client lifecycle across markets.
Develop new products and drive growth, aligning with global platform roadmap.
Build and develop a large, multi-market product and design organization.
