Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day management of global, regional and local sponsorship portfolios across Asia Pacific. You will assist the Account Lead in planning, coordination, and delivery, maintain trackers and documentation, and help with budget and process administration.

Responsibilities include asset management, research on sponsorship opportunities, development of sell-in materials, and coordination of events and talent engagements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant agency/brand sponsorship experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and able to support operational and administrative requirements.
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strong research skills and ability to distill information into outputs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to work independently.
• Genuine interest in sports, entertainment, culture and sponsorship marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel and support client events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Lead and wider team in planning, coordination and delivery of sponsorship initiatives in Asia Pacific.
• Provide day-to-day account and operational support, including trackers, documentation, meetings, actions, contracts, and processes.
• Support asset management with rights trackers, IP guidelines reviews, and approvals.
• Conduct research and analysis to support sponsorship commercialisation, activation and planning.
• Develop and maintain client and sponsorship materials including presentations and reports.
• Coordinate and deliver events, activations and talent engagements, including on-site logistics.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to coordinate information and deliverables.
• Stay informed on sports, entertainment and sponsorship trends and opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, rights holders, agencies, vendors to gather information and progress actions.
• Assist internal financial administration: budgets, POs, invoices, payments.
• Take ownership of tasks and escalate issues when needed.
