Job summary

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. seeks an APAC Investment and Accountability Director to drive strategic commercial advantage across the region. You will lead client negotiations, ensure consistent activation practices, and manage KPIs with in-market teams for growth and transparency.

You will build senior client relationships, oversee cross-market delivery, mentor teams, and champion PMX best practices to maximize value for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in media, ideally from a media audit or agency investment environment.
• Expert across Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Expert on media investment tools.
• Market and industry knowledge – historical and current.
• Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
• Confident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• A strong leader that is inspiring, collaborative and enjoys mentoring, motivating and developing their team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategy and go-to-market philosophy for the client and lead annual client negotiations.
• Ensure activation process and product consistency across markets; manage client KPIs.
• Develop and maintain senior client contacts including procurement lead.
• Escalation point for issues; support team structure and client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with senior media owners and drive investment knowledge sharing.
• Lead industry topics, track PMX targets and enforce best practice briefing/negotiation processes.
