Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking an APAC Investment and Accountability Manager / Senior Manager to partner with client teams and lead commercial investments across the region. You will work with team leads to deliver best-in-market negotiation and activation practices.

You will drive client KPIs, manage media partner relationships, and ensure consistency of activation processes across markets while mentoring a growing activation team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in media investment, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expert with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
• Excellent presenting and interpersonal communication.
• Proven ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborator who mentors and develops teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation strategy and market approach for select clients.
• Support annual client negotiations to maximize investment KPIs.
• Ensure consistency of activation processes and product across markets.
• Drive reputation for excellence in activation capabilities and partner relations.
• Track client KPIs and manage internal/external merchandising.
