Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore seeks an APAC Investment and Accountability Manager / Senior Manager to drive commercial investments for a select group of clients across the region. You will work with the team lead and client teams to negotiate strategies and ensure proactive activation that aligns with market benchmarks.

You will lead client relationships, oversee value creation, and ensure KPIs are met through disciplined financial management and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in media, ideally with agency investment experience.
• Expert across Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Expert on media investment tools and market knowledge.
• Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
• Confident interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation strategy and activation approach for select clients.
• Support team and client negotiations to achieve best outcomes and meet KPIs.
• Ensure consistency of activation processes and product across markets.
• Drive reputation for excellence in activation capabilities and partner relationships.
• Develop and integrate Groupe strategic benefits into client JBPs to create value.
• Track client KPIs and manage internal/external merchandising.
