Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an APAC Events Strategy Specialist to lead planning and execution of high-profile client events, executive engagements, leadership forums, and strategic internal programs across Asia Pacific.

You will shape a regional events strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure events meet business goals, brand standards, and local market needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Event Management, Project Management, Marketing, or Hospitality.
• 5-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, corporate events, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, professional services, B2B marketing, or multinational organizations preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale events across APAC region.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC events strategy aligned with regional objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Plan and deliver client engagement programs, leadership forums, and market-focused events across the region.
• Lead executive visits, leadership engagements, and high-profile client interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and cost optimization across multiple markets.
• Oversee venue sourcing, AV, catering, travel logistics, and on-site delivery with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Risk, Security, and regional partners.
• Leverage event technology platforms to support hybrid experiences and data reporting.
• Apply AI-powered solutions to improve planning, targeting, and ROI; drive continuous improvement.
