Job summary

FedEx Express in APAC seeks a senior leader to design and implement customer solutions across Asia Pacific. You will lead multi-country solution design, sales engineering, and commercial teams to deliver integrated, profitable growth and cross-functional impact.

You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to drive strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes within a highly matrixed regional and global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial, solution design or supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading multi-country solutioning, sales engineering, consulting or commercial organizations across Asia Pacific.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, executive presence, stakeholder management and communication skills in a highly matrixed regional and global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Customer Solutions strategy and organization to support regional growth priorities.
• Drive growth across key areas including Global Air Freight, premium B2B, specialized B2C, and priority industries.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead discussions, solution workshops, and opportunities.
• Lead regional initiatives such as Global Air Freight, Healthcare, Sustainability, and Cross-OpCo collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of customer focus and integrity.
