Job summary

FedEx Express is seeking an Engineer – Air Network & Partner Management to lead strategic planning, development and optimization of third‑party air network capacity across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate with network planning, airline partners, operations and commercial teams to ensure reliable service, cost efficiency and scalable capacity.

The role requires strong project management, analytical and stakeholder skills, and can involve working with internal and external partners to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.
• 0–10 years of experience in airline network planning, cargo operations, transportation planning or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and recommend airline and other partners to support Asia Pacific network requirements.
• Lead partner onboarding and implementation through launch with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor partner network performance and drive efficiency, service quality and cost improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for operational challenges and coordinate with regional teams, vendors and partners.
• Develop dashboards, reports and models to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
