Wellington Management in Singapore seeks a Relationship Analyst to support and strengthen sales and intermediary client relationships across APAC. You will work with Business Development Managers, Portfolio Advisors and Relationship Managers on a portfolio of wealth accounts, responding to inquiries and conducting market research for client meetings.

The role requires 2–5 years in analytical investment roles, familiarity with buy-side client relations, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant analytical experience in the investment industry.
• Direct buy-side experience supporting intermediary/distribution client relationships preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with CFA/CAIA or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluency in English required and Mandarin preferred.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and research.

Responsabilités

• Support and strengthen sales and existing relationships with intermediary clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Portfolio Advisors and Relationship Managers.
• Conduct market research and respond to ad hoc inquiries.
• Prepare for client meetings and communicate client expectations across internal teams.
• Assist across fund distribution and sub-advisory relationships, including travel when needed.
