Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in APAC. You will drive revenue growth by delivering innovative Universal Banking solutions and leading complex presales engagements with prospective and existing clients across the region.

Reporting to the Head of APAC Global Solutions Consulting, you will mentor sales teams, shape solution architectures, and coordinate cross-functional groups to design winning bids while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in core banking solutions.
• Experience in presales and solution consulting.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and APAC banking models.
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the solution consulting lead for Universal Banking, providing presales support to prospective and existing clients.
• Lead large, complex sales opportunities with integrated Finastra solutions.
• Serve as SME on Universal Core Banking solutions and articulate value.
• Advise on end-to-end solution architecture and technology requirements.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, demos, and POC activities across the sales cycle.
• Manage discovery sessions to assess client needs and position Finastra effectively.
• Create solution design documentation and RFI/RFP content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; mentor sales teams.
• Travel as required to engage clients in APAC region.
