Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore to lead the technical side of our APAC sales motion. You will be the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, shaping deals from discovery to technical win and a smooth handoff into delivery.

In this role you will collaborate with Account Executives, regional partners, and the Field Engineering team to win, land, and expand strategic accounts while navigating data residency, regulatory requirements, and multi-cloud

Qualifications

7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineer, with 4+ years in Asia Pacific enterprise software sales.
Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, including cluster lifecycle, networking, storage, and security.
Strong working knowledge of at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and running proofs of value.
Experience with regulated industries in the region, understanding data residency and compliance requirements.
Excellent presentation and communication skills adaptable for technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable working autonomously in a regional office while collaborating with global teams.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win for opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia, coordinating with Account Executives on strategy and close plans.
Lead discovery, design, and architecture sessions mapping customer outcomes to Spectro Cloud solutions.
Deliver customer-specific demonstrations and technical presentations to engineers and executives.
Plan and run structured proofs of value with defined criteria and timelines.
Address regional requirements including data residency, MAS guidelines, and sector-specific regulatory expectations.
Support opportunities across multi-cloud, on-premises Kubernetes, VM modernization, edge deployments, and AI infrastructure.
Build technical relationships with regional partners and enable them to position Spectro Cloud independently.
Scope services and shape deal structure for realistic, repeatable delivery and clean handoff to delivery teams.
Capture field feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering with business context.
Contribute to regional plays, reference architectures, and reusable demo assets for repeatable APAC motion.
Represent Spectro Cloud at regional events such as KubeCon, CloudNativeCon, and partner forums.
