Axis Communications is seeking a Director of Technical Services for APAC to lead a scalable organization across Asia Pacific. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership to deliver reliable support and customer success.

You will align regional teams with global HQ, drive efficiency with AI and automation, and partner with Sales to enable growth across the region. The position offers a hybrid Singapore-based work model or on-site Australia options.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership in B2B technical support or service delivery.
• Experience managing managers and technical teams across markets.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers and networks; security industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to improve support operations while balancing customer and business needs.
• Customer-success mindset with influence across Sales, partners and global teams.
• Confidence handling critical customer escalations and developing people.

Responsabilidades

• Set APAC Technical Services direction and translate strategy into plans.
• Evolve the support model, team structure, and capabilities.
• Align regional teams with global Technical Services and HQ.
• Improve customer and partner support, escalations and service consistency.
• Explore AI, automation and self-service to enhance quality and productivity.
• Partner with Sales and channel teams to support customer success.
• Develop Technical Services leaders and report on performance and improvements.
