Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Director – Implementation & Solution Design for APAC to translate growth opportunities into outcomes-based talent acquisition solutions and drive their successful implementation.

You will lead discovery, solution architecture, commercial modelling and executive presentations, partnering with Business Development, Client Services and Delivery to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience across RPO, talent acquisition, HR consulting or related fields.
• Experience designing and commercially shaping complex recruitment solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementations and manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing, financial modelling and ROI analysis for complex services.
• Proven ability to create and lead workshops and presentations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC solution design and implementation capability; oversee scope, mobilisation and transition to operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; monitor delivery against plan and mitigate risks.
• Provide concise updates to clients and internal stakeholders; maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute change management, process design and governance for complex implementations.
