Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Director – Implementation & Solution Design, APAC. You will lead end-to-end opportunities, translating growth into outcomes-based talent acquisition solutions and guiding their successful APAC implementation.

As a senior partner to BD, Client Services and functions, you will shape value propositions, manage ROI analyses, and drive scalable processes from discovery to stabilisation across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar certs; change-management cert is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end APAC implementations from sales to operations.
• Design recruitment solutions blending people, process, technology, experience, governance and commercial structure.
• Develop ROI and business-case analyses for complex services.
• Create proposals and executive presentations for C-suite audiences.
• Partner with BD, Client Delivery, Implementation and Finance on scope and profitability.
• Guide mobilisation and transition to steady-state delivery with milestones and governance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality throughout implementation.
