TotalEnergies Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive Distributed Generation opportunities in APAC. You will assess sites, design solar solutions with local compliance in mind, and educate customers on benefits while building lasting client relationships. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and independent work capabilities.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, project, and regulatory teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of KPIs in a dynamic market.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial/industrial environment.
• Experience with Singapore electrical norms and renewable energy regulations.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence.
• Proven track record in building, negotiating and executing contracts.

Aufgaben

• Implement the Distributed Generation APAC business model and ensure compliance with TRDG HSE standards.
• Develop market segmentation and target opportunities for DG business.
• Identify potential customers and partnerships; build relationships and originate opportunities.
• Conduct site assessments and contribute to PV system design per local regulations and specs.
• Educate customers on solar energy benefits and system specifics.
• Present and negotiate high-value contracts and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulators to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
