Job summary

TOTALENERGIES MARKETING ASIA-PACIFIC MIDDLE EAST is seeking a Project Development and Management professional based in Singapore to support the sales team in delivering distributed generation projects. You will ensure compliance with TRDG HSE standards, coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulators, and drive successful project execution across Singapore and nearby areas.

The role requires relevant PM experience, knowledge of local electrical norms, and a strong ability to negotiate

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in commercial/industrial project management.
• Experience with rooftop solar projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore electrical norms, solar regulations, and construction codes.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in project development and implementation of the Distributed Generation APAC model.
• Estimate costs, identify obstacles, and conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and third parties for smooth execution.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate proposals, and manage contractor relations.
• Handover to operation teams with client satisfaction and KPI reporting.
