Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a SmartRecruiters Implementation Lead to drive an end-to-end, multi-country deployment across APAC. The role partners with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, IT and regional teams to ensure a consistent, compliant and user-friendly recruitment experience.

The successful candidate will manage requirements, design decisions, integrations and governance, while guiding adoption and continuous improvement for the digital HR platform across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• SmartRecruiters certification is preferred.
• Experience leading multi-country deployments of ATS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ATS configurations, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-country SmartRecruiters implementation from discovery to stabilisation.
• Own implementation plan, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Translate business requirements into practical system designs balancing global and local needs.
• Lead vendor and delivery-partner management and accountability for outcomes.
• Establish testing governance and coordinate system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Drive readiness, communications, training, launch support, and adoption activities.
• Present progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums; manage change and issues.
• Define success measures and track benefits realisation post go-live.
