Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative, creative SDC Business Recruiter for a fixed term contract to help scale APAC hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with stakeholders, and build a strong candidate experience across high-volume roles, including the India market.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with Analytics and HR teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting, strong English communication, and a proven ability to attract passive candidates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• In-house recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience hiring for high-volume roles in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams across Stripe Delivery Center in Bangalore, India.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals.
• Partner with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring and strengthen candidate pipelines.
