Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Executive to support and strengthen the operations team in Singapore West. The role covers end-to-end APAC order management, shipping coordination, documentation, and import/export activities for isotank operations.

The candidate will handle LC and COA, manage OTIF reporting, and ensure accurate system updates for stock visibility. 5–6 years in logistics with Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• 5-6 years working experience in relevant field.
• Experience in Logistics, Import/Export/LC/Customer Service, Purchasing.
• Experience in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order & Drop Shipment Management (APAC). Manage and coordinate orders across APAC with internal teams, planners, forwarders, warehouses and customers.
• Coordinate with shipping teams, transporters and forwarders to plan cost-effective logistics and minimize demurrage risks.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (LC, insurance, BL, COA) and provide OTIF performance reports.
• Oversee import shipments and isotanker operations (DKSG) including port clearance and delivery monitoring.
• Verify invoices, perform GRN and ensure stock visibility and timely payments.
