Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant for the APAC Global Solutions Consulting team in Singapore. You will drive presales engagements for Universal Banking, shaping end‑to‑end solution architectures and coordinating cross‑functional teams to win deals.

You will mentor sales colleagues, develop solution designs, and liaise with clients to ensure delivery excellence across APAC markets. The role requires travel, deep banking domain knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

• Advanced degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution consulting lead for Finastra’s Universal Banking solutions, providing expert presales support.
• Lead and shape large, complex sales opportunities, designing integrated solutions across the Finastra portfolio.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on end‑to‑end solution architecture and technology requirements.
• Facilitate customer understanding through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, benchmarks, and PoC activities.
• Lead opportunity bid management and coordinate internal teams for high‑quality submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, implementation and support teams for aligned, winning solutions.
