Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks a Senior Principal in Financial Services to lead executive client relationships and drive growth across the APAC region. You will provide overall leadership on critical engagements, guide teams, and shape disruptive offerings in collaboration with Infosys leaders and client teams.

You will own proposals, lead solution creation, and implement large-scale transformations, building a strong network of industry experts and contributing IP and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue & practice growth and the ability to define and deliver solutions.
• Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, banking, or financial services.
• Involvement related to e-commence, channels, POS, API, media, marketing
• Experience in leading, developing, and guiding teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth through banking domain experiences.
• Significant experience across large and complex business and sales targets delivery.
• Lead transformation SI/ Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and successfully position Financial Services to new and existing clients across our APAC region as strategically important offerings.
• Lead, mentor and develop people within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice.
• Working closely with Infosys Consulting’s Other Associate Partners and Industry leads to sell related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation initiatives.
• Take ownership for proposals and lead solution creation and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, training, and Intellectual Property generation, issuing POV’s, Whitepapers etc.
