EC1 Partners is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for the APAC region to partner with Sales, Product and Engineering. You will lead discovery sessions, translate challenges into cloud-based banking technology solutions, and deliver tailored demos and PoC sessions for banks, fintechs and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting or pre-sales within banking tech.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and lending workflows.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand banking operations and technology needs.
• Translate business challenges into practical software solutions and demonstrate value.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations and PoC sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across banking operations, technology and leadership.
• Support SaaS architecture discussions, APIs and system integrations.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and coordinate with internal teams for implementation success.
