Brooks Automation in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC, with a strong focus on Malaysia and Johor Bahru. The role requires independent work, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive sourcing to support a growing manufacturing and engineering footprint.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of recruitment experience across manufacturing or semiconductor environments, exceptional English communication, and proficiency with LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automation, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing hiring decisions.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC for professional, technical, and operations roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders globally to shape hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines across APAC.
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment roadmaps to support business growth.
