Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment & Business Development Lead to drive growth across APAC from Singapore. The role combines high-level recruitment delivery with strategic business development and senior client management.

Hybrid working from Singapore and collaboration with teams in the UK will be essential. A strong network in Technology/Fintech and a track record in agency recruitment or executive search are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technology recruitment, ideally in an agency, consultancy or executive search environment.
• Proven track record within agency recruitment or executive search.
• Strong client-facing experience, including managing and developing key accounts.
• Demonstrable business development capability and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Established network within Technology and/or Fintech; for senior candidates, an existing client network to leverage for new business.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing within a highly collaborative international team.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with key clients across Technology, Fintech and Capital Markets.
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across technical functions.
• Developing new client relationships through your network, market knowledge and business development activity.
• Supporting recruitment activity across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and ANZ.
• Building strong relationships with senior candidates and developing a high-quality talent network.
• Providing clients with informed market insight on talent availability and hiring trends.
• Facilitating discussions between clients and candidates and coordinating recruitment processes.
• Working with teams in Singapore and the UK to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
• Supporting with embedded recruitment opportunities when needed.
