Judobi, a leading integrated technology company with operations in Singapore and Malaysia, seeks an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for the Technology function across both markets, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver quality candidates and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years in-house recruiting, proven success with senior searches, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach; you’ll also coach others and contribute to employer

Formación

• 6–7 years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience leading manager-level and hard-to-fill searches.
• Advising senior leaders on hiring plans with market evidence.
• Negotiating complex offers including buy-outs.
• Coaching other recruiters.
• Using data to influence search strategy and hiring outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Scope roles with hiring managers and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for capability and culture fit.
• Manage interview logistics, stakeholder alignment, and offers through to close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to align on priorities and timelines.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment laws in both markets.
