Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Manager, Interior Design (APAC) in Singapore to lead interior design for new builds, adaptive reuse, and major renovations across the region. You will guide design development from concept to post-opening, ensuring brand quality and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in luxury hospitality design, teamwork across disciplines, and leadership of design initiatives with Senior Director oversight, travel ~15% of the time, and a strong eye

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design (minimum 4 years duration).
• LEED accreditation is beneficial.
• Licensed/Registered Professional status beneficial (e.g., Registered Interior Designer).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a design firm focusing on hospitality design of luxury hotels and resorts.

Responsibilities

• Support interior design on major renovation projects from pre-concept to post-opening.
• Lead Design Briefs with Senior Director oversight and liaise with internal departments.
• Review concept and schematic design, FF&E specification submissions, shop drawings and samples.
• Attend core team meetings, design reviews, and site visits to ensure brand standards are met.
• Develop project lookbooks and coordinate with Owner and Consultant teams.
