Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee all project phases from conception to completion. Responsibilities include planning, design coordination, tendering, procurement, and construction oversight, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will join a team in project and programme management, bringing leadership and excellent communication to drive complex infrastructure and building initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from PEB-recognized university.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of practical project management experience on building or infrastructure projects with contract value ≥ $5 million.
• Familiar with PSSCOC.
• At least 2 years of involvement with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery.
• Strong ability to organize, manage and motivate a project team and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and develop a comprehensive project scope.
• Prepare and manage the project workflow and timeline to ensure all objectives are met.
• Lead the process of securing project funding and approvals.
• Ensure timely completion of upfront planning studies and advanced engineering works.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and present the initial concept design.
• Manage the tender preparation and procurement of project consultants.
• Oversee Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and Evaluation.
• Lead risk management sessions and establish a Risk Management Plan.
• Lead the tender process, including evaluation and contractor appointment.
• Manage pre-construction activities and ensure timely construction works.
• Coordinate Stage III supervision and contract administration, including change control.
• Monitor regulatory approvals and conduct site inspections for safety and quality.
• Prepare Lessons Learned and PIR during DLP and assist in dispute settlement.
