Zusammenfassung

Flagright is seeking a Senior Midmarket Account Executive to expand our footprint across APAC. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, targeting fintechs and financial institutions in Asia’s fintech ecosystem.

You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, build pipeline proactively, and travel across APAC to represent Flagright at conferences and customer meetings. A strong network in Singapore, HK, Malaysia, or Australia is valuable.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales with direct closing responsibility.
• Startup or scale-up experience required.
• Experience with fintech, payments, banking, compliance, or financial infrastructure is a plus.
• Existing network in APAC fintech/banking segments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end across deal sizes.
• Close deals with mid-market fintechs and financial institutions.
• Maintain a disciplined, conversion-focused pipeline and drive expansions.
• Coach and elevate junior AEs and BDRs through deal reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs.
