Job summary

lululemon, a performance apparel company, is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to design programs for APAC retail and Store Support Centre teams. Based in Hong Kong, you will work with the APAC Learning & Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to craft strategic learning solutions that support rapid business growth.

You will lead design across all phases, develop instructor-led materials, eLearning, and assessments, and measure impact against clear metrics.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of full-time learning design experience within retail or similar industries.
• Experience creating instructor-led materials and eLearning modules.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM/AICC standards.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across APAC.
• Proven track record of measuring learning impact against metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans and eLearning courses.
• Lead all phases of design for complex learning projects.
• Partner with business teams to address performance gaps with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Learning Design to align with global standards.
• Measure impact outcomes using predefined metrics and improve engagement.
