Job summary
Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Compliance Operations Manager to lead HR compliance and operations governance across APJ. Based in Singapore, you will partner with Legal, Payroll, HR Services, and other teams to drive governance standards and transformation across multiple countries.

Qualifications
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in HR compliance, HR operations or employment law.
- Experience supporting multiple APJ countries with audit readiness.
- Experience leading regional compliance programs, governance reviews and remediation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Payroll and business leadership.
- Experience with ServiceNow and HR information systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor labor and employment law changes across APJ and coordinate timely implementation.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of HR operational processes and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits and track remediation efforts.
- Govern HR vendors and monitor contractual and regulatory adherence.
- Lead APJ compliance initiatives and HR operations transformation programs.
