Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Operations Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan, based in Singapore.

You will lead HR compliance, governance, and lifecycle processes across the APJ region, partnering with Legal, Payroll, HR Services and business leaders to ensure regulatory readiness. You will drive standardized HR operations, coordinate audits, manage vendor oversight, and lead transformation projects that improve compliance and efficiency across

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in HR compliance, HR operations, employee relations or employment law.
Experience supporting multiple APJ countries with statutory obligations and audit readiness.
Leading regional compliance programs and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

Monitor labor and employment law changes across APJ and coordinate timely implementation.
Lead compliance governance reviews and country assessments.
Oversee statutory reporting, recordkeeping and employment obligations.
Partner with Legal and Employee Relations on regulatory matters.
Drive standardization and harmonization of HR processes.
Maintain onboarding/offboarding, leave and lifecycle processes; support audits.
Coordinate internal and external HR audits and remediation actions.
Manage compliance dashboards and executive governance reporting.
Govern HR vendors and monitor contractual/regulatory adherence.
Lead APJ compliance initiatives and HR transformation programs.
