• Experience supporting multiple APJ countries and audit readiness.
• Proven regional compliance programs and governance remediation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement labor and employment law changes across APJ.
• Lead compliance governance reviews and country assessments.
• Oversee statutory reporting, recordkeeping, and obligations.
• Coordinate internal/external HR audits and remediation.
• Drive HR operations standardization and lifecycle processes.
• Manage vendor governance for HR providers.
