Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior business developer to grow its network test and assurance business in APAC.

The focus is winning new logos at high-ARPU carriers across Southeast Asia, with you enabling regional account managers, specialists, and solution engineers rather than owning a territory. You will identify new markets and use cases, incubate product concepts with management, validate them with customers, and help product marketing to position the

Competenze

10+ years in telecom or networking and 5+ years in business development.
Deep knowledge of 5G core and IP networking with hands-on testing or service assurance.
Experience with systems integrators, operators, or channel partners.
Proven ability to build senior relationships and influence complex deals.
Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Mansioni

Win new logos across Southeast Asia and grow APAC network test and assurance business.
Identify markets, use cases, and strategic customers in the region.
Incubate product concepts with product management and position successful ones.
Build repeatable sales strategies for regional teams.
Partner with account managers, regional specialists, and solution engineers to open and win new business.
