Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Developer to grow its network test and assurance business across APAC from Singapore. The role is overlay, enabling regional account teams rather than owning a territory, with a focus on winning new logos at high-ARPU carriers in Southeast Asia.

You will identify new markets and use cases, incubate product concepts with product management and marketing, and build repeatable sales plays with account teams, partners, and NEMs to extend reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom or networking with growth-focused roles.
• Credible depth in 5G core and IP networking with hands-on test/ service assurance.
• Experience with test vendors, operators, SI/channel/NEM partners.
• Ability to build senior relationships and influence complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Win new logos at high-ARPU carriers in APAC.
• Identify new markets, use cases, and strategic customers.
• Incubate product concepts with product management and marketing.
• Build repeatable sales strategies for regional teams.
• Partner with account managers, regional specialists, and solution engineers.
• Develop partnerships with systems integrators and channel partners.
