This overlay position enables regional account managers, specialists, and solution engineers, while incubating new markets, use cases, and product concepts to build repeatable sales plays and partnerships that extend reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom or networking with growth-focused roles.
• 5+ years in business development or similar customer-facing growth roles.
• Credible depth in 5G core and IP networking with hands-on testing/assurance.
• Experience with vendors, operators, SI or channel partners.
• Proven ability to build senior relationships and influence multi-stakeholder deals.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

You will find new markets and use cases, incubate new product concepts, and build repeatable sales plays. This is an overlay role: you enable the regional account managers, specialists, and solution engineers rather than owning a territory.

• Identify new markets, use cases, and strategic customers in the region.
• Incubate new product concepts with product management: validate them with customers, fail fast, and work with product marketing to productize and position the ones that succeed.
• Build repeatable sales strategies and plays that regional account teams can run.
• Partner with account managers, regional specialists, and solution engineers to open and win new business.
• Develop partnerships with systems integrators, channel partners, and NEMs to extend reach.

Success is measured by contribution to the division's growth target, with new-logo wins as the key sub-target.

Qualifications:

Required

• 10+ years in telecom or networking, including 5+ years in business development or similar customer-facing growth roles.
• Credible depth in 5G core and IP networking, with hands-on network test and/or service assurance experience.
• Background at a test vendor, operator, systems integrator, channel partner, or NEM integration team.
• Proven ability to build senior relationships and influence complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Preferred

• Established relationships with Southeast Asian carriers.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
