Procter & Gamble is seeking a Sales Market Strategy Planning and Capability Senior Manager to drive commercial plans, regional strategies, and long-term customer partnerships across APAC. You will negotiate plans that meet shopper, customer, and company objectives while building product category insights and strengthening capabilities across markets.

This leadership role develops learning journeys and capability content, collaborating with multiple departments to advance commercial excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsabilités

• Develop commercial plans, go-to-market and sales fundamental strategies, and business targets for Sales team.
• Lead deployment of agreed regional strategies, key business priorities, and regional master plans.
• Developing and maintaining a productive long‑term relationship with customers.
• Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements;
• Acquire an in‑depth understanding of shoppers, categories and market;
• Collaborating with teams from other departments;
• Define and advance the long‑term capability agenda for the APAC Sales organization.
