Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Enablement Lead to scale APAC AE onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement. The role focuses on accelerating time-to-productivity for new hires and optimizing usage-based pricing adoption for financial services.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver high-impact onboarding experiences, structured ramp plans, and advanced upskilling initiatives that improve performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Financial Services Domain Expert with deep understanding of banks, PE, hedge funds.
• Commercial transformation experience from legacy to usage-based pricing models.
• AI enablement skills to train AEs on ROI-focused demos and workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Revenue Ops.
• Data-driven thinker who tracks ramp KPIs and program impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale AE onboarding, ramp and enablement programs across APAC.
• Develop training, deal-desk guidelines and qualification decision trees for UBP transitions.
• Create sales playbooks, certifications and demo methodologies showcasing AI ROI.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics and ramp milestones.
• Design role-specific content and learning paths for investment bankers, PE investors, and hedge funds.
• Provide targeted 1:1 and group coaching on discovery, negotiation and closing skills.
• Measure onboarding performance and iterate program design.
