Job summary

AlphaSense in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Enablement Lead to scale AE onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement across APAC, focusing on financial services accounts and usage-based pricing transitions.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver structured ramp plans, high‑impact demos, and targeted coaching, helping AEs accelerate time-to-productivity and demonstrate ROI of AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Financial services domain expertise, with experience selling to banks, PE firms or hedge funds.
• Experience enabling sales through major commercial transitions, including UBP models.
• Proficiency with AI enablement and demo methodologies to prove ROI of AI features.
• Strong knowledge of enablement platforms like MindTickle, Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale AE onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement programs in APAC.
• Enable the UBP Transition with training, deal-desk guidelines, and qualification decision trees.
• Drive AI value positioning with playbooks, certifications, and high-impact demo methodologies.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics, ramp milestones, and performance expectations.
• Develop content and learning paths tailored to selling to investment banks, PE investors, and hedge funds.
• Provide targeted 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Measure onboarding performance and iterate program design to improve time-to-productivity.
