Job summary

Telenor Linx is seeking a Customer Success Roaming Manager to join the Roaming Commercial team in Bangkok or Singapore. You will own the commercial development and performance of the wholesale roaming P&L for a portfolio of Telenor Business Units—mobile network operators using the Linx Managed Roaming Service.

You will bridge customer priorities with Linx expertise, translating needs into clear commercial actions and aligning stakeholders across Asia and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in economics or a related field.
• Experience in wholesale roaming and account management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to turn data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Ability to work in international, cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance and optimize the wholesale roaming P&L for assigned Business Units.
• Lead monthly tactical reviews with each Business Unit and track performance.
• Turn Business Unit priorities into clear roaming objectives for negotiators and align the wider team.
• Build trusted relationships with mobile network operators and act as roaming adviser for Linx.
• Maximise value through traffic steering and commercial insight.
• Shape coverage priorities with the Roaming Delivery team.
• Drive decisions using data, market understanding and commercial judgement.
