Singtel is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Managed Roaming Pre‑Sales in Singapore. You will lead the Pre‑Sales function, translating customer requirements into scalable roaming solutions and guiding proposals from discovery to launch.

Lead a cross‑functional team across Product, Network, IT/MVNE and Vendors, shaping requirements, delivering RFI/RFP responses, and enabling rapid revenue growth in global travel connectivity offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science/IT or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years in telecommunications with at least 5 years in Pre‑Sales, Solution Engineering or Technical Sales.
• Strong international roaming experience with team and solution leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the MR Pre‑Sales team, setting standards and priorities.
• Partner with MR Business/Sales to qualify opportunities and shape requirements.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for Managed Roaming, MRaaS and related offerings.
• Lead technical RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, designs and PoCs/UAT.
• Act as technical lead through the sales cycle and support complex deal closures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to validate feasibility, costs and delivery plans.
• Support business cases with technical sizing, costing and risk assessment.
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and Operations with clear criteria.
