Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking an Associate, Managed Roaming Business in Singapore to support growth through sales support, prospect development and proposal preparation. You will work with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Technical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to drive opportunities from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account support or telecommunications‑related roles.
• Good understanding of telecommunications fundamentals.
• Experience or exposure to customer engagement and proposal preparation.
• Basic business‑case and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting and qualification of Managed Roaming opportunities, primarily across the travel SIM/eSIM segment.
• Conduct customer and market research and maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline and account information.
• Prepare customer presentations, commercial proposal drafts and supporting documentation using approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Coordinate with Pre‑Sales, Product and Technical teams to gather customer requirements and support solution proposals, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and demonstrations.
• Support the preparation of basic business cases, revenue estimates and deal economics for internal review.
• Assist senior Business Managers in customer meetings, commercial negotiations, contracting and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities, UAT readiness and handover with Pre‑Sales, Technical and Operations teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day account support and coordinate service requests, billing queries and customer issues with relevant internal teams.
• Support monthly forecasting, account reporting and market/competitor intelligence.
• Travel internationally where required based on customer and business needs.

As an Associate, Managed Roaming Business, you will support the growth of the Managed Roaming business through sales support, prospect development, proposal preparation and day-to-day account coordination.

Working alongside senior Business Managers, you will gain hands‑on exposure to customers and opportunities while building your commercial and roaming knowledge.
