Job summary

Singtel is seeking an Associate, Managed Roaming Business, to support sales and account coordination in a dynamic, global telco environment. You will engage with customers, prepare proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Technical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to drive opportunities from prospecting to onboarding.

You will work with senior managers, gain exposure to pricing, deal economics and customer negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account support or telecommunications-related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting and qualification of Managed Roaming opportunities across travel SIM/eSIM segment.
• Prepare customer presentations and commercial proposal drafts using approved pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with Pre‑Sales, Product and Technical teams to gather requirements and support proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Assist senior Business Managers in customer meetings, negotiations and contract follow‑ups.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, UAT readiness and handover with involved teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day account support including billing queries and service requests.
• Support monthly forecasting, account reporting and market intelligence.
