Job summary

Brompton Bicycle APAC is seeking a senior multi-site retail leader to drive retail excellence and sell-out across key markets, including two flagship Junction stores and several Store Partners. You will own the customer experience, retail training and commercial standards on the ground in APAC.

This role champions partner growth in the APAC region, coordinates with the central academy for training, and leads store delivery for Junction and Partner development, while lifting conversion and NPS.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site retail leadership in premium or specialty retail.
• Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
• Proven ability to lift conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
• Strong partner and stakeholder management; comfortable in a matrix.
• Willing to travel regularly across APAC.
• Fluent in premium brand and service standards; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the 7-Step Client Journey and Store programs across APAC Junctions and Partners.
• Ensure APAC Junction stores hit key commercial and operational KPIs.
• Enforce Partner Programme standards across the region.
• Coordinate with the central academy to train Junctions and Partners.
• Lead retail delivery for Junction and Partner development.
