Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a Retail Excellence Manager based in Singapore to lead training, field execution, and promoter engagement across the APAC region. You will develop training programs, support new product launches, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive retail performance.

The ideal candidate has strong retail coaching experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to travel for store visits and training across markets.

Qualifications

• Min five years of training experience in retail or consumer electronics.
• At least four years of in-person retail selling experience.
• Strong business acumen with proven quota achievement.
• Experience designing blended training curricula and eLearning.
• Excellent client service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for trainers, promoters, and demonstrators.
• Design curricula aligned with NPD launches and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate GTM training with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Coach and evaluate promoter performance through regular store visits.
• Gather shopper insights and translate into training improvements.
• Lead POSM planning and store presentation improvements.
• Prepare monthly training and payroll related reporting.
