Qualifications

• Degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising technology, client solutions, or strategic consulting focused on performance marketing and platform growth.
• Background with major digital media platforms and media agency experience.
• Willingness to travel across APAC markets and adapt to multi-market needs.
• Fluency with AI tools in professional environments and ability to accelerate quantitative analysis and deck creation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute client-specific roadmap initiatives for automated campaign delivery and generative asset creation.
• Leverage AI platforms to run diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and synthesize quantitative insights.
• Translate platform mechanics (automated bidding, signals, privacy rules) into actionable strategies for executives.
• Collaborate with global teams to align cross-market priorities and deploy scalable enablement programs.
• Oversee regional testing, coordinate learning programs, and manage co-investment allocations.
