Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital advertising, media, or related commercial leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales, account management, customer success or revenue teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling across international markets.
• Experience managing distributed teams across APAC with cross-cultural understanding.
• Exceptional people leader with coaching and development strengths.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across APAC.
• Own regional revenue goals and business performance across multiple markets.
• Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy for advertiser adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with sales and customer success to optimize advertiser engagement across lifecycle.
• Build executive relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning for growth.
• Amplify advertiser insights to Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and market expansion.
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks and best practices across markets.
• Recruit, onboard and retain top talent to strengthen leadership bench.
